Not only did the benchmark 30 year fixed mortgage interest rates remained steady, but the flexible, jumbo as well as FHA loan options also continue to be advertised at the same rates as yesterday.
This Wednesday, the standard, long term, 30 year fixed rate mortgage home loans are being traded at an interest rate of 4.500% and are carrying an annual percentage rate of 4.673%. However, the short term, 15 year fixed rate mortgage packages are now priced at an interest rate of 3.500% and an APR yield of 3.811%. The borrowers can also find the shortest, 10 year fixed rate mortgage deals published against a lending charge of 3.375% and carrying an APR yield of 3.823%.
The troubled customers can find the best 30 year FHA insured fixed rate mortgage options being advertised at a lending rate of 4.375% and backed by an APR yield of 4.879, which is relatively higher than the non-FHA loans. The shorter, 15 year FHA backed fixed rate mortgage home loans are now coming out at an interest rate of 4.000% and an APR yield of 4.565% today.
The borrowers who are planning on getting their expensive home investments financing from US Bank Corp can go for the 30 year jumbo fixed rate home loan plans, which are now quoted at an interest cost of 4.625% and an APR yield of 4.777%. The short term, 15 year jumbo fixed rate mortgage deals can now be acquired at an interest rate of 3.750% and an APR yield of 4.008% today.
