Buyers can lock into the popular 15-year fixed mortgage at a higher 3.687% today with a 3.799%. The standard 30-year FHA loan is published at 3.750% with an APR of 4.846% today.
For maximum flexibility, TD Bank offers the 1/1 ARM with the lowest rate of the day at 1.937% for the first 12 months with a starting APR of 2.748%. A 5/1 ARM is quoted at 3.187% today with an APR of 2.960% to start. A 7/1 adjustable rate loan is published at 3.313% for the first seven years with an APR of 3.068% to start. For more predictability, TD Bank offers the 10/1 adjustable rate mortgage with an interest rate of 3.563% for the first 10 years with a 3.306% starting APR.

The 7/1 refinance ARM is quoted at 3.313% for the first 7 years with a starting APR of 3.068%.
