Capital One offers larger conforming loans exceeding $417,000 at comparable rates. A larger 5/1 ARM is published at 3.125% for the first five years with an APR of 2.989%. A larger 7/1 adjustable rate mortgage is quoted at 3.375% for the first 7 years with an APR of 3.134%.
Capital One offers competitive rates for jumbo loans. A 30-year fixed jumbo loan is advertised at 4.125% with an APR of 4.147%. A 15-year jumbo mortgage is quoted at 3.750% with an APR of 3.788%.
Buyers can lock into a 5/1 jumbo ARM at 2.750% for the first five years with an APR of 2.862%, which is lower than the conforming purchase rate. A jumbo 7/1 ARM is published at 3.125% today with an APR of 3.010%.

Capital One advertises a 5/1 refinance ARM at 3.250% for the first five years with an APR of 3.055%. A 7/1 ARM refinance is quoted at 3.250% with an APR of 3.118%.
