JPMorgan Chase yesterday selects New Orleans BioInnovation Center as first of the ten entrepreneurships to fund through their nationwide program of $30 million. According to the program, each of the 10 entrepreneurship clusters is going to receive $3 million each. Under the program, all selected entrepreneurships will get networking services, training, assistance forming university partnerships and mentorship.
Chase today published their latest interest rates for their 4 popular mortgage loan products under Conventional Fixed Rate and Adjustable Rate Loan categories. Interest rates for most of their products increased except for their 7/1 LIBOR ARM that decreased from an interest rate of 3.375% to 3.250% today with a starting APR of 3.002%.
For their Conventional Fixed Rate Mortgage Loans, the latest interest rate is 4.125% with an Annual Payment Rate of 4.240%. For shorter term mortgage loan solution, the bank announced 3.375% interest rate and an APR of 3.520% on 15 Year Fixed Rate Mortgage Loan. Conventional Fixed Mortgage Loans: Chase 24th July
30 Year Fixed: 4.125% Interest Rate 4.240% APR with discount points of 1.375
15 Year Fixed: 3.375% Interest Rate 3.520% APR with discount points of 1.000
Borrowers can pay a monthly installment of $1,042 for 30 Year Fixed Rate and $1,523.83 for 15 Year Fixed Rate if above rates are locked. The monthly installments are calculated for $215,000 loan amount under both loan products.
For their second most popular loan category, Adjustable Rate Mortgage (ARM) Loans, the latest interest rates published today are 3.375% interest rate and an APR of 3.117% on 5/1 LIBOR ARM. For both 5/1 LIBOR ARM and 7/1 LIBOR ARM, the bank offered 1.000 discount or lender points on 24th of July.
