Today’s Mortgage Rates carried by Citigroup, BB&T and SunTrust Bank (8/12/2013)

Today's Mortgage Rates by Citigroup BB&T SunTrust 8-13-13Citigroup has released the 30 year fixed year mortgage rate that is made available at the bank today at 4.500% with an APR of 4.650%. The 15 year FRM is available at 3.750% with an APR of 3.895%. Refinance terms are also announced by the Citigroup and can be had at the bank starting with the 30 year refinance at 4.500% with an APR of 4.500% and the 3.750% with an APR 3.895%.

Moving on to BB&T, the bank has also released their share of interest rates including the 30 year FRM that can be had at 3.875% with an APR of 3.997%. Next is the 20 year FRM that is offered at 3.375% with an APR of 4.002%. The shorter term 15 year FRM is also announced to be available at 4.375% with an APR of 4.919%, while the much shorter term of 10 year FRM is quoted at 3.875% with an APR of 4.521%. Refinance rates are also available starting at the 30 year FRM at 3.875% with an APR 3.997%. The 20 year refinance is at 3.375% with an APR of 4.002%. The shorter term 15 year refinance is at 4.375% with an APR of 3.919%. The much shorter term of 10 year refinance is also announced at 3.875% with an APR of 3.997%.

 

Last among this batch is the SunTrust Bank, which has released their 30 year FRM at 4.400% with an APR of 4.5274% followed by the 15 year FRM at 3.400% with an APR of 3.5868%. Also available are the much shorter terms starting with the 7 year ARM at 3.8753% with an APR of 3.4530% and the 5 year ARM at 3.490% with an APR of 3.1892%.

BB&T holds today lowest quote for the 30 year FRM at 3.875% compared to the 4.500%of Citigroup and the 4.400 of SunTrust Bank.
