Heading towards the refinancing home loan division, the bank has now quoted its popular 30 year fixed rate mortgage home loan plans at an interest rate of 4.250% and an annual percentage yield of 4.334% today. The relatively short term, 15 year counterparts of the 30 year refinancing fixed rate mortgage home loan schemes can now be locked in at an interest rate of 3.250% and an annual return rate of 3.431%.
This Wednesday, in the adjustable rate mortgage home loan section, the interested customers can find the 5 year refinancing flexible home loan deals being advertised at an interest rate of 3.250% and an annual percentage rate of 3.002% on the principal amount of home loan taken from the bank. The more flexible, 7 year refinancing adjustable rate mortgage home loan packages are now traded at an interest rate of 3.500% and an annual percentage yield of 3.166% during the starting years of the home loan tenure.
