For the mortgage shoppers, who are planning on approaching BB&T bank in search of ideal home finances, will find no change in the interest rates at which the standard home purchase and refinancing home loan deals are coming this Tuesday.
For the second day in a row this week, not only did the standard home loan rates maintained a steady pace, but refinancing lending rates also followed the same course. As of now, the popular 30 year refinancing fixed rate mortgage loans carry an interest rate of 3.750% and are backed by an APR yield of 3.967%. On the contrary, the relatively shorter, 15 year counterparts of the 30 year refinancing fixed rate mortgage options stand quoted at an interest rate of 4.375% and an APR yield of 4.898%.
When it comes to the unique home refinancing options, the mortgage shoppers can spot the exclusive, 20 year, midterm, refinancing fixed rate mortgage home loans being advertised at an interest rate of 3.375% and carrying an annual return yield of 3.967% today. Alternatively, the shortest, 10 year refinancing fixed rate mortgage home loans can now be secured at an interest rate of 3.750% and an annual percentage yield of 4.406% this Tuesday.
