Chase has updated its mortgage interest rates for Monday, November 17, 2014. Rates have moved down for many fixed-rate loan options. The benchmark 30-year fixed mortgage is quoted today at a lower 3.875% with a 3.989% APR and 1.375 points. The 15-year fixed purchase loan is advertised with an interest rate of 3.125% and a 3.305% APR.
ARM Rates at Chase
Chase has also updated its adjustable rate mortgages. The 5/1 ARM is quoted today at 3.000% for the first 5 years with a 2.904% starting APR and 0.875 point. The 7/1 adjustable rate loan is offered today with a 3.250% interest rate and an APR of 3.059% to start.
Refinance Rates at Chase
Refinance rates, however, are largely unchanged on Monday. The 30-year refinance loan is now well above the purchase rate, quoted today at 4.125% with a 4.188% APR. The shorter-term 15-year fixed refi loan is quoted at 3.250% on Monday with an APR of 3.413%.
The 5/1 adjustable rate refinance is published with an interest rate of 3.000% for the first 5 years and a 2.924% APR to start. Homeowners can refinance into a 7/1 refi ARM at 3.375% for the first seven years with a 3.118% APR to start.
