Buyers can enjoy greater flexibility with the lowest rates by locking into an adjustable rate mortgage. The 1/1 ARM offers the best mortgage rate of the day at 1.875% for the first 12 months with an APR of 2.743% to start. A 5/1 ARM is quoted at 3.125% for the first five years with a starting APR of 2.938%. Buyers can lock into a 7/1 ARM today at 3.375% with an APR of 3.097%. For more long-term predictability, Toronto Dominion Bank offers the 10/1 ARM at 3.500% locked for ten years with an APR of 3.267% to start.
Refinance Rates at TD Bank
Refinance rates have moved higher on Wednesday. The standard 30-year refinance loan is quoted at 4.187% today with a 4.251% APR. Homeowners can turn to the more popular 15-year fixed refi loan at 3.563% with an APR of 3.674%. A 30-year FHA refinance loan is quoted at 3.750% with a 4.846% APR.
For more flexibility and savings, TD Bank offers the 5/1 refi ARM at 3.187% for the first five years with an APR of 2.960%. A 7/1 adjustable rate refinance is quoted at 3.437% for the first seven years with an APR of 3.126% to start.
