“Chiraq” rapping is “art” to King Louie. The term “Chiraq” having an uncertain origin explains the violence epidemic in Chicago as of a war zone in terms of death due to gang wars and violence which death tolls come close to Iraq’s.

The cops claim for King Louie to be a documented gang member but the rapper disputes this saying that he had spoken out against this type of violence in the past. Specifically in the PSA where he asked people to “put guns down”.
