Mortgage Rates for 10-14-13 Released by PNC BankPNC Bank (NYSE:PNC) which is headquartered in Pittsburgh has revealed their current mortgage rates on their website for today ahead of their October 16, 2013 Quarterly Report.

Earlier this morning Forbes reported that Wall Street is expecting a decreased profit for PNC Financial Services. Analysts expect the revenue to decreased 11 percent to $3.88 billion for the upcoming quarter – a change from $4.38 billion last year.

Two more days however until the official report is released, until then the Mortgage Rates have been published on time as always.

With an interest rate value varying between 4.250% – 4.625%, the lenders 30 Year period Fixed Rate mortgage experience no changes from the last release. Same goes to say about the APR for the same term which remains unchanged at 4.388% – 4.562%.

The 20 Year Purchase Transaction Fixed Rate Mortgage category can be had today at a rate of 4.000% – 4.375%. The APR remained unchanged at its rate between 4.172% – 4.317%.

As is with most lenders, PNC’s more popular 15 Year Fixed Rate stayed at the rate it was last week at 3.250% – 3.625% while the corresponding APR is listed at a varying 3.444% – 3.493%.

For borrowers interested in the 10 Year FRM, the rate can be picked up today at a rate of 3.000% – 3.500% along with the APR of 3.251% – 3.335%. Both values exhibited no change over the weekend.

As can be seen on the lenders website mortgage calculator, the Purchase transactions rates have been estimated on a “$200,000 property located in the city of Chicago, IL” and “given a “30 day lock,” “debt-to-income ratio below 40%,” among other assumptions. Borrowers with PNC, who are interested in the refinancing of their home, have a total of four loan options made available by the lender.

Up first is the 30 Year Refinance which can be had today at a rate of 4.500%-4.750% which along with the APR for the same term at 4.585% – 4.685%, is unchanged from the prior released rates.

The 20 Year Fixed Refinance is available today at a rate of 4.125%-4.500% while the corresponding APR for this term is published today at the rate of 4.297%-4.440%.

For borrowers more interested in the 15 Year Refinance rate, it is listed today between 3.375% and 3.750%, while the 15 Year APR was published at the same rate as Friday, October 11 at 3.586% – 3.688%.

The 10 Year Fixed Rate Refinance with PNC also remained unchanged today and can be seen at a rate of 3.125% – 3.625. The APR also experienced no change and is listed today at 3.427% – 3.509%.

PNC calculated all refinances on the website with the assumption of a $200,000 property value located in Chicago, IL. All of the rates for refinance are valid for 45 day locks.
