JPMorgan Chase Bank has updated its mortgage interest rates on Wednesday, with many rates moving lower for popular loan products. The New York-based lender has published the 30-year fixed loan at a significantly lower 3.875% with an APR of 3.989%. A 15-year loan is also quoted lower at 3.250% today with an APR of 3.431%.
Chase is offering the 5/1 adjustable rate mortgage with an interest rate of 3.125% for the first five years and an APR of 3.050% to start. A 7/1 ARM is quoted at 3.250% for the first seven years with an APR of 3.127%.
Refinance Rates at Chase
The rate for a 30-year refinance loan remains the same today at 4.125% with an APR of 4.177%. The best rate for a shorter 15-year fixed refi loan has moved significantly lower to 3.375% today with an APR of 3.520%.
Chase advertises the popular 5/1 refi ARM at 3.250% today for the first five years with an APR of 3.084% to start. The 7/1 adjustable rate mortgage is quoted at 3.375% for the first seven years with an APR of 3.185%.
