Josh Duhamel Cheating On Fergie? Actor Caught Kissing Blonde – Full Details Here!

John Duhamel was caught locking lips with blondie Malin Akerman… in the trailer for Misconduct, that is.

The thriller has Duhamel playing an ambitious lawyer caught in a power struggle between a corrupt pharmaceutical executive — played by Anthony Hopkins — and his own firm’s senior partner, played by Al Pacino. Notably, Misconduct is Hopkins and Pacino’s first ever movie together.

“Working with two of this generation’s greatest actors was everything you could imagine — terrifying, humbling, mentoring, but ultimately the most gratifying experience of my life,” said first-time director Shintaro Shimosawa on working with Pacino and Hopkins.

The trailer opens with Duhamel approaching his senior law firm partner (a.k.a. Pacino) with data that he claims shows Hopkin’s pharmaceutical company is guilty of fraud. “You’re going to accuse a man worth $8.5 billion of manipulating drug trials?” asks Pacino.

“Yes sir,” Duhamel answers. “And I fight to win.”

Later, Duhamel is seen with Akerman sharing an intimate drink — and then some. “I can’t stay,” he says, “I’m married.” To which Akerman reassures him with, “It’s just a drink. What comes next is our secret.”

In the next scene, she is spotted dancing in a nightclub with Duhamel’s wife — played by Alice Eve — before she leans in and whispers to him, “Don’t ever ignore my phone calls or I’ll tell her what happened.” The plot thickens when Duhamel finds Akerman’s dead body lying on a bed, just in time for police to catch him in the compromising position.

“I didn’t kill Emily,” Duhamel — who, at this point, is now considered a fugitive — tells Pacino, who in turn replies, “Any good lawyer will tell you it doesn’t matter.”

“Now that you are down a rabbit hole, how far are you willing to go to get out?” asks Hopkins. With one last statement, he brings the trailer to a close: “It’s better to go too far than not far enough.”

Previously known as Beyond Deceit, Misconduct is slated to hit theaters on February 5.
