Harry Potter fans all around the world have lots of new information revealed about the young wizard’s ancestry in the new revamped #Pottermore site that opened today.
The #Pottermore site has undergone a huge resign to recapture the attention of little minds. The writings of J.K.Rowling continue to be the main attraction of the site. The site, originally launched in 2012, has now been resigned targeting mobile users in mind, with more entertaining content and the wizard world. A new ‘Pottermore Correspondent’ has been hired too, to whisper the latest happenings in the wizard world. The Pottermore Correspondent will also deal with reports on the Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them, the forthcoming Warner Bros. feature flick based on J.K.Rowling’s original screenplay. Also, the Harry Potter and the Cursed Child, Rowling’s stage play slated for opening next year in London, will be followed upon too.
The new site has been launched only in English for now. The Pottermore Shop sells all eBooks and audio books of the Harry Potter series in multiple languages.
The new back-story reveals the story of how the invisibly cloak ended up into a family heirloom; it also sheds new light on Linfred of Stinchcombe, an eccentric man from the twelfth century, and follows the family history of Harry Potter from there.
The magical writer, J.K.Rowling, also reportedly accidentally triggered off a new trend this week. Many little ones, inspired by the famous Harry, had taken to sleeping under the stairs, turning cupboards in to bedrooms. The writer tweeted in response to the shoving of kids in cupboards writing that she does not endorse it.
