JPMorgan Chase has updated its mortgage interest rates for Friday, November 14. The benchmark 30-year fixed mortgage is published today at 4.000% with a 4.083% APR. Buyers can lock into a shorter-term 15-year fixed loan at 3.250% on Friday with a 3.376% APR.
Chase ARM Mortgage Rates
Buyers who want greater flexibility and the lowest rates of the day can opt for an adjustable rate loan. Chase advertises the 5/1 adjustable rate mortgage today at 3.000% with a 2.924% APR to start. The 7/1 ARM is quoted with an interest rate of 3.250% for the first seven years with a 3.079% starting APR.
Refinance Rates at Chase
Chase continues to post refinance interest rates that are higher than purchase rates this week. The 30-year refinance loan is published at 4.125% with a 4.209% APR. Homeowners can lock into the popular 15-year fixed mortgage at 3.250% with a 3.431% APR.
Homeowners also have the option of refinancing into an adjustable rate mortgage. The 5/1 refinance ARM is published today at 3.125% for the first 5 years with a starting APR of 2.948%. The 7/1 refi ARM is quoted at 3.375% for the first 7 years with a 3.127% APR to start.
