Current Mortgage rates carried by Bank of America, Wells Fargo and PNC Bank (7/24/13)

Today's Mortgage rates from BOA Wells Fargo PNC BankToday, the Bank of America presented their rate for 30 year fixed rate mortgage at 4.500%. While the shorter period loan for 5 year adjustable rate mortgage is presented at 4.00% carrying with it an annual percentage rate of 3.403%.For the 30 year refinance loan, the bank has it at  4.625% yielding an APR of 4.717%, while its 5 year counterpart of refinance is offered at 3.875% with an APR of 3.225.

For Wells Fargo, the 30 year FRM is at 4.500% today with an APR of 4.673%. FHA has their 30 FRM at 4.250% raising its APR to 5.433%. The 15 year FRM for this bank is at 3.500% with it an APR of 3.795%. For Wells Fargo’s shorter term rates in the 5 year ARM, it is presented today at 3.375% with an APR of 3.208% FHA offers theirs at 3.500% having with it an APR of 3.519%

Lastly, the rates for PNC Bank are as follows: the 30 year FRM today is 4.375% having an APR of 4.531%. For the 20 year FRM, it sits at 4.00% with an APR of 4.180%. PNC Bank also has their 15 year FRM at 3.375% resulting to an APR of 3.635% and 3.125% for their 10 year FRM with an APR of 3.499%. About the refinance rates of PNC Bank, they have their 30 year refinance of 4.500% that resulted to a 4.687% of APR, the 20 year refinance rate they presented at 3.250% with an APR of 3.726%, the15 year refinance rate is at 3.500% and an APR of 3.775%, and for the 10 year refinance rate, it is at 3.250% today, having with it an APR of 3.726%.

Comparing the three banks, PNC Bank has the lowest 30 year FRM at 4.375, with the Bank of America and Wells Fargo having the same rate of 4.500%
