For buyers who want greater flexibility and the lowest rates Chase has to offer, a 5/1 LIBOR ARM is quoted with an interest rate of 3.000% for the first five years with an APR of 2.924%. The 7/1 adjustable rate loan is published at 3.250% for the first seven years with an APR of 3.069%.

Refinance Rates at Chase

Refinance rates are also unchanged at Chase. Homeowners can lock into a 30-year refinance loan at 4.125% today with an APR of 4.209%. The 15-year fixed refi mortgage is published with an interest rate of 3.375% and an APR of 3.520%. For greater flexibility, Chase offers the 5/1 refi ARM at 3.125% for the first five years with a starting APR of 2.958%. A 7/1 adjustable rate refinance loan is published at 3.375% for the first seven years with a starting APR of 3.127%.
