Android 5.0 Lollipop Upgrade Comes to LG G3 Users in Poland this Week

Android 5.0 LollipopThere’s a sweet treat coming to LG G3 users in Poland this week. LG Electronics have announced that it would soon start rolling out Android 5.0 Lollipop upgrade for all G3 smartphone devices in the European country. The company added that similar upgrades in other key markets would follow soon.

However, as of press time, there is still no word whether the same update would come to the US this year, as many users wish. But it should be noted that across the US, local carriers usually take the final say on Android updates.

Moreover, Android 5.0 Lollipop would also come to other LG handsets ‘in the near future.’ The smartphone maker promises to make further announcements about the upgrade schedule soon.

LG Electronics get excited

In a statement, LG Electronics said this is part of its commitment to give its customers only the best possible mobile experiences that are available. It assured that bringing Android 5.0 Lollipop to G3 owners as early as possible is right on top of its current priority.

It added that the new features as well as improvements brought about by Android 5.0 would bring forth a new user experience directly to G3. The company wants such an initiative to help make the smartphone model even better that it actually is.

Android 5.0 Lollipop

It can be recalled that Android 5.0 Lollipop was first announced in October. Aside from being a new iteration of Android, this mobile operating system has many unique and outstanding features.

As being highlighted in various reviews and reports, Lollipop could be considered as a blessing to many of its users. Its main highlight is its ability to pick up right where you have
left off. From the platform, you can actually listen to music, use your favorite apps, enter search queries, and scroll photos.

It seems that LG G3 is poised to be among the companies that first adopted the new Android 5.0 Lollipop technology as an upgrade. A few days ago, it was also announced that
the new mobile operating system would soon be available to all Samsung Galaxy S5.
